Pan de yuca is a crescent-shaped bread baked with cassava flour and cheese. It is typical of Colombia, Ecuador and other South American countries. We replaced the cheese and created a vegan version. Try the delicious yuca bread and let the taste carry you into the South American sun.

Steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

First mix the dry ingredients (cassava flour (100 g), arrowroot flour (2 tbsps), salt (4 g), garlic powder (½ tsp)) together.

Then add the liquid ingredients (coconut milk (200 ml), lemon juice (2 tbsps)) and mix everything into a compact dough. 4. Form crescents and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
